Learn the basics on how to use a sourdough starter to prepare food in your own home. This class will cover how to take care of a starter, how to increase it for recipes, basic equipment needed, fermentation principles, and how to make a traditional sourdough bread. All materials needed are included and each student will be given a portion of our very own sourdough culture and four recipes to use at home.

Learn the secrets of better-than-anything biscuits, chewy & scrumptious cinnamon rolls, and best-ever cookies - - Learn what you didn't know you didn't know and all in time for your favorite holiday gatherings! Each Student will get to make, bake & eat their creation, as well as the recipe of each item made in class.
